Tipsy Parson, is the second restaurant from the owners of Little Giant. This new restaurant in Chelsea was gut-renovated from an old laundromat and designed with a full service kitchen to serve the 75 seat dining space. The restaurant faces Ninth Avenue with cozy alcove seating, bar service, and a recycled church pew serving as banquette seats. The back dining room which opens to a planted backyard houses both communal seating and corner banquettes.
